Matachica Beach Resort And Spa, San Pedro (Ambergris Caye)

I had the most amazing meals at Matachica. The chef truly knows what they're doing, as every dish was delicious, from the fantastic bread and breakfast pastries to the exquisite lunch and dinner options. The fine dining restaurant had a lovely ambiance and the bistro offered great variety. I definitely recommend trying every meal at the resort. I can't wait to come back for more!

The ambiance at the resort is beautifully peaceful and stylish. I loved spending time lounging by the well-maintained pool and beach areas, which were always kept pristine. There were also organized activities available that made my stay even more enjoyable, such as kayaking and snorkeling trips. This combination of relaxation and adventure was exactly what I needed!

Staying in the Seabreeze Beach Bungalow was a dream! The cozy cabin was beautifully decorated and very clean. The ambiance inside was warm and inviting, and it felt quite private, despite the resort being at over half occupancy. I loved returning to a clean room every evening after a long day of activities; it truly felt like a home away from home.

One of the highlights of my stay was the movie night under the stars! It was such a unique touch to enjoy a film outside, surrounded by the beautiful nature of the resort. The whole experience was incredibly nice and added a good twist to the typical resort offerings. I felt thoroughly entertained during my stay!
